Savannah – Patricia Ann Brady Olson, 79, died peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, January 13, 2013.
Patty was born in Savannah, Georgia on March 30, 1933 to the late William Harty Brady, Sr. and Helen McGinley Brady.
She was of the Catholic faith. She and her husband of 57 years, Myrle, enjoyed traveling and spent much of their years traveling in their camper. She loved football; especially watching Georgia Southern and the Atlanta Falcons.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brothers, William H. Brady, Jr. and John Joseph Brady. She has left to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Myrle H. Olson, Sr.; her sons, Myrle H. Butch Olson, Jr. and William E. Billy Olson Debi Silas; her daughter, Kimberly H. Michel Scott; and her brother, Michael J. Brady Patti, all of Savannah; her sister-in-law, Elise S. Brady of Statesboro; her grandchildren, Sarah, Katie, Nikki, Sierra, Shannon, Christi, and Dustin; her great-grandchildren; Alexis, Brooke, Cayla, Landin, Laurel, Victor, Dylanger, Emma and Brooke; a great-great-grandchild, Brennan; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2013 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel with a memorial service to follow at 7:00p.m.in the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Islands Hospice, 3 West Perry Street, Savannah, GA 31401.
